    Up for sale is this very rare antique piece of quack medical advertising for Dr. Williams' Electric Medicated Pads.  This sale is for only the paper covers of a Dr. Williams advertising pamphlet.  The actual text block is missing, though the last two pages are present as they are printed on the back cover.  There is no printed publishing date, but the latest testimonial is dated 1883.  The piece is fairly small in size, when folded it measures approximately 5  inches by 3 1/2 inches.  There is a vertical tear a couple of inches in length towards the middle of the spine fold.
