Charango (purchased in Chile). This is a beautiful instrument and easy to play if you don't want to be that good :-) YouTube has all the instructions you need. It strings are still in tune although I would restring it at some point. It is of one piece construction which is amazing. It's very loud and very tough. And has a beautiful bell like sound. I bought it in Chile about 5 years ago when I was visiting the country. I was told by The Man who sold it to me that it was handmade. It looks to be the truth. It is a 10-string South American loot adapted by the indigenous people from the lutes that the Spanish carried.
