    1910 Advertising - Quack Medicine
    Raymond's Pectoral Plaster
    This 4-panel ad (in English, German and
    French) promotes a product which purports
    to cure a wide range of maladies. In March
    1915 the U.S. District Attorney for New Jersey
    charged Raymond & Co. with false advertising
    and fraud with regard to this plaster. Interestingly,
    there was a jury trial and they were acquitted.
    Condition: Used, with a few folds and
    some foxing. No rips or holes.
