This auction is for one Sears Supertone Koa Wood ukulele from the 1920s.
It doesn't have the traditional Hawaiian heel cap so we know it was made on the mainland.
No cracks, original wooden tuning pegs, and lots of mint rope binding make this beautiful koa wood uke a winner! When I found it ten years ago it still had the original wire and cat-gut strings attached! This uke was Sears most expensive model in the mid 1920s selling for .45 ... a lot of money back in the day.
