An extremely hard to find cough syrup bottle from the early 1900's,
very few of these exist today.

Little to no info available that I can find on
Rev. Michael Di IELSI
and his magic cough syrup remedies - don't you love the slogan -
NEVER KNOWN TO FAIL
- just read the label and you can see why !!!
Its embossed across the front in 2 lines "
FATHER Di IELSI'S Cough Medicine
".
Height is about 5-1/4 inches tall, cork top mold blown bottle, tooled top.
Color is clear glass but with a slight pinkish/
amethyst
cast from sun exposure.

Also note the wildly insane cocktail of combined ingredients on the label - Opium .01, Heroin .004, Indian Cannabis .09, Alcohol 12-1/2%, Chloroform .07, so no wonder you felt better or much less you even survived a dose.
Bottle is in excellent condition, no chips, cracks, or scratches, only some light internal haze present
