A really cool collectible piece for anyone who likes bottles or medical history! It came straight from an old doctor's office and still has pills inside.
Boericke and Tafel is a homeopathic publisher and medicine company formed in 1869 by Francis Boericke and Adolf Tafel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Homeopathic medicine is a pseudoscience and is considered quackery, but at least it's rarely harmful since these "medicines" contain only trace amounts of any active ingredients! This bottle likely dates to the 1940s.
