    This is a 1945 Christmas card from a soldier in the third Infantry Division during World War 2. The 3rd fought in North Africa in 1942. From there, they went to Sicily, Italy, Southern France, Northern France, into Germany. They claimed credit for the capture of the "Eagle's Nest", Hitler's headquarters in Berchtesgaden. This is a historic piece from a historic unit.
